Refund policy
We understand that sometimes an item simply won’t fit in the room you intended it for. That’s why we offer a comprehensive exchange or return program during the first 30 days after the delivery of your purchase. We hope you love your furniture, but if you don’t, we’d be happy to exchange it for you. If you must return an item, just make sure to send it back to us safely, in new condition. Now on to the pertinent details.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Please ensure you familiarize yourself with the policy below prior to your purchase.
To return your item, please note the following:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at service@homekoko.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We don't cover the returning fee if the product doesn't have any quality problem.

Damages and issues
Upon delivery, please fully inspect your item(s). Although rare, shipping damage can occur on occasion. If you see any damage, please refuse the delivery and immediately contact our support team to notify us. All damage must be reported to Homekoko within 72 hours of delivery, we will fix the issue for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Exchanges must be of equal value or similar product type as the original (for example, exchange a black shell back stool for a red shell back stool). You are responsible for paying the price difference if the item you reselect is more expensive. If the exchanged-for item is less, we will reimburse you.
If you would like to look at options for exchanging your item, contact us at service@homekoko.com so we can walk you through new selections. We’ll work with you to schedule a convenient time to swap out your items. You are responsible for the return shipping fee of the original package.
Note that all items that are to be returned, must ship back to us within 30 days.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
