Please note: free shipping for order over $40. If your purchase amount is under $40, we will charge you for extra $10 for the standard shipment fee. Standard Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping Method
All orders will be shipped via UPS/USPS. At this time we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice.
Shipping Estimates & Notification
1) Each order requires 1-3 business days for processing.
2) Usually, it takes approximately 3-7 business days for standard shipping, depending on different areas and shipping carriers. Please be aware that we have no control over the shipping process.
3) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.
4) You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours after the receipt of the notification for the shipping carrier to update your shipment information. You directly can track your order in the order details after login to our website.
Please verify your shipping address eligibility during checkout. We are not responsible for any invalid or undeliverable address. For security purposes, we're unable to redirect the package once it has been shipped. Please note that shipments can occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
If there is any shipping issue with your package , you must contact Customer Support within 30 days after your order was placed.
